    How to create an account at Home Divine?
    • Click register.
    • Fill in your personal information, name, address, email and password.
    • You will receive an email to validate your account.
    • Open the link that was sent to you by email and that will direct you to your account at Home Divine.
    • Congratulations, your account is now created!
    • Click login and enter your data to start shopping.
    Forgotten your password?
    • Click My Account.
    • Select Recover Password.
    • An e-mail will be sent to you, please follow the instructions.

    Can I track the status of my order?
    • After finishing your order you will receive an email with the respective confirmation and with the information that your order awaits payment.
    • As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive a new email informing you that your order is being processed. this means that our warehouse is already preparing your order.
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email with your delivery information.
    • It must be done within 24h-48h, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
    • In any case, in the My Account area you can find detailed information about your order.
    How can I change/cancel the order?
    • In case the payment has not yet been made you can skip it and place a new order.
    • If you have already paid for your order, please send an email to info@hdhomedivine.com so that we can check if it is still possible and inform you about the next steps.
    Can I buy items over the phone?
    • The Home Divine website provides a contact that allows you to make your purchase by phone.
    • To do this, simply contact our customer support number +351 960 240 726. Call to the national mobile network
    • Provide your details and tell us the items you want to buy, if you want to use the item reference it may be easier.
    • Later you will receive an email or message with payment information.
    • After payment you will be informed that your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
    • Deliveries are generally within 24-48 hours.

     

    I have doubts about the size of my products.
    • If you are not sure about the right size for each product you can check our size guide where you will find suggestions according to your mattress size.
    • In the News tab you can find this very useful guide to help you make a more appropriate and conscious choice.
    Can I order a priceless gift ticket?
    • If you want a receipt without price, send email to info@hdhomedivine.com with your personal data.
    • Later you will be sent the priceless receipt by email.
    Do you do wrapping?
    • All our products are carefully packaged so you feel they are real gifts either for yourself or to offer to someone special.
    What do I do if I receive an opened or damaged package?
    • If you notice that your package is damaged or shows signs of having been opened, please write all the information on the carrier's document.
    • Afterwards send us an email to info@hdhomedivine.com with this complaint and wait for our reply.
    Where are your products produced?
    • Our products are produced in Portuguese manufacturers, with their production facilities in the city of Guimarães, in the North region of Portugal.
    • The products available on the Home Divine site are made from the best raw materials and the entire production process is monitored by our quality controllers.
    • From yarn preparation, to weaving, dyeing, and finishing, to making and packing, everything is done with great care to bring exceptional products to your home.
    Are your products Oeko-Tex® certified?
    • Yes, all our products are Oeko-Tex®.
    • The Oeko-Tex® tests look for chemical substances that are banned as possibly harmful to health.
    Do you have products for hospitality?
      • Yes, we have several hotel products from bath towels, bathrobes, slippers, fillings, tablecloths, bedspreads, and many others.
      • We also offer special conditions for customers who own hotels, local accommodation, or similar.

    How long do I have to wait for the order?
      • After the order is finalized you will receive an order confirmation.
      • As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be prepared and packed carefully.
      • Your order should be shipped 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
      • The delivery time can vary between 24h and 48h after being informed of the respective shipment.
    What are the shipping charges?
      • The displayed value of the items does not include the shipping value. It is only displayed in the cart before the order is confirmed.
      • In case you place an order over 40€, you reach the minimum purchase amount to enjoy shipping included, in which case no shipping costs will be charged.
    What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?
    • If it is not possible to deliver your order to you, we will leave a note explaining where the order is and how to proceed to request a new delivery. If you are unable to be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to arrange delivery on another day.
    • The company will make two attempts of delivery to your address.
    • If you are not at home to pick up your order either time, the driver will drop off your order at a carrier pick up station nearest to your residence.
    • Your order will be held at that location for 48 hours, and then returned to our warehouse.
    • Please note that in case of non-delivery of the product within the stipulated time, you may be charged for the cost of reshipment.
    What do I do if I need to change the delivery address?
    • If for any reason you have made a mistake when entering the delivery address or simply need to change it please contact us atinfo@homedivine.pt
    • If the order is still in preparation we will change the delivery address.
    • However, if the order has already been shipped we can no longer make this change.
    Can I find your products in store?
    • Yes, you can always visit us at our public store located near the center of Guimarães. In the contact section you will find the respective address.
